We need details for the Parent or Gaurdian for every lease , this is because they will take responsibility for any unpaid or damage during your tenancy.

Your Guardian can be any one with employment. Please note you can not act as your own Guardian.

Payment is due on the 1st of every month.

If you pay in 4 installments you get 5% off.

You can make a payment using a credit or debit card, either by bank transfer.

Rent Includes all Amenities on the Home page. Water and Electricity , Unlimited WiFi , Access to all social spaces etc.

No sleepovers are allowed but you are allowed daily visitors

Student needs to be over 18 from the time of moving in. This is due to legally binding tenancy agreement that each person is required to sign before arrival.

We have CCTV Security in and around each property. Electric fence around the property , permanent security and onsite emergency personnel.

Unfortunately, you are not allowed a pet.

Yes they can be delivered to the accomodation adress reception.

We are more than happy to accommodate groups as well as individuals. Let us know who you are planning to live with and we will do our best to accommodate you with the same students.
